Holy cow.  One of my hardest workouts yet. Got a late start because I had to wait for the sporting goods store to open at 9 am so I can buy Gu.  Target and Walmart don’t sell it!!!! Used up all my fluids 2 hours in.  The same amount lasted me 3 hours last week. Impromptu training schedule changes

Big Green Tri Race Report
Yesterday was the Big Green Tri in Hanover, New Hampshire near Dartmouth College.  It was a 1K swim, 18 mile bike and 5 mile run.  I thought it would be a good starter race for the year, not quite an OLY but farther than a sprint.  It was the farthest race I’ve ever done.
