On Tuesday, I made two training mistakes and paid the price. Before my workouts, I normally stretch pretty well. I know a lot of people say you shouldn’t stretch before a workout, but I really need to. I hate the feeling of being stiff and not having proper range of motion. I didn’t stretch on Tuesday and by the end of the run, my calves and quads were feeling it big time....
Proof that Compression Socks Work

recovery week success
This week is a recovery week, but I’ve already worked out the same amount of hours as last week. After tomorrow’s workout, I’ll have logged the same number of miles as my longest week two weeks ago. That’s a recovery.
Thanks to two solid weeks of training and a hammerfest on my legs last week, I’m experiencing my first ice bath.
