Finishing up this shit-ass week with wine and a bowl of ice cream, which I’ll probably regret tomorrow, but for now I’m enjoying. Feeling like a triathlete - finally
I’ve finally has a great training week where I hit all of my scheduled workouts and all three sports.  I’ve been feeling like a fraud because I couldn’t run and I was lazy on the bike.  Now I feel like a triathlete again. This really helps me to stay motivated.  Skipping a workout doesn’t even seem like an option anymore. This week, I start taking a few college courses....
